BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore Police are trying to find a 65-year-old lady who hasn’t been seen since Thursday afternoon.

Charmaine Richardson was final seen on Thursday, March 11, at round 5 p.m. within the 2900 block of E. Federal Avenue.

She was final seen carrying a black and white shorts set, police mentioned.

Charmaine Richardson has early indicators of dementia and is unable to talk.
