Lumberton Authorities Issue Silver Alert for 22-Year-Old with Dementia

A Silver Alert was issued by North Carolina authorities. 22-year-old Tyshawn Distinctive Skipper was final seen in Lumberton. He’s believed to be affected by dementia or another cognitive impairment.
