BALTIMORE, MD — A girl who’s nonverbal and has early indicators of dementia has been reported lacking in Baltimore.

Charmaine Richardson, 65, was final seen within the 2900 block of East Federal Road round 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 11.

Police stated she was final seen carrying a black and white shorts set. Richardson is 140 kilos and 5 toes, 3 inches tall.

Anybody who has seen Charmaine Richardson or is aware of the place she is could name the Baltimore Police Division’s Lacking Individuals Unit at 443-984-7385 or dial 911.
