In a tweet proudly despatched out earlier at this time, Erik Landriault, Director of Integrated Care at Algoma Ontario Health Team, thanked the 100+ people from vaccinators to cleaners and greeters for his or her efforts which resulted in 4,800 COVID-19 vaccines delivered to residents in our Community in just four days. Based on these figures, that represents 6.4% of the Sault’s inhabitants vaccinated throughout what’s greatest described as a vaccination marathon.

Algoma Public Health is at present advising that each one obtainable appointments on the Community Vaccination Hub have now been booked. They are asking anybody who hasn’t acquired the COVID-19 vaccine, and are eligible to take action, to proceed checking their website for extra clinic dates and occasions as they develop into obtainable.

Who is at present eligible to obtain vaccines in Algoma? (as of March 9, 2021)

No small feat that in a neighborhood of 75,000 individuals we had been capable of mobilise the supply of 4,800 vaccines over 4 days at @AlgomaOHT Community Vaccine Hub.

To the 100+people concerned from vaccinators to cleaners and greeters — thanks for coming collectively! https://t.co/d3BAg28oXA
