Vital progress on dementia research has been threatened by the Covid pandemic – in accordance to the charity Alzheimer’s Research UK.

Studies have been delayed due to the lockdown and an absence of cash – and a few labs have even been compelled to shut. 

Research progress has been affected due to Covid-19

Today the charity is looking on the government to renew its promise to double funding to assist scientists higher perceive the situation.

It is being backed by Liz Berry from Lincoln who says her personal dementia has deteriorated for the reason that starting of the pandemic. She was identified with the situation aged simply 55.
