Update 10:58 p.m.: Tohru Takekoshi has been found secure, officers say. State police found him heading west on the Thruway close to Amsterdam and he has been reunited with household.

Takekoshi, 85, had been final seen on Droms Road in Glenville and authorities put out an alert, asking for assist in discovering him, involved about his effectively being.

But he was found secure later Wednesday.
