A crew of the Health Department has arrested the owner of a nursing home in Pratap Nagar city and recovered Rs 3,000 from her centre {that a} decoy affected person had allegedly paid her for getting abortion achieved illegally.

On the grievance of Dr JP Prasad, Deputy Civil Surgeon, Mamta, owner of Bhagwati Nursing Home, was booked on March 16.

Balraj Singh, SHO, Pratap Nagar police station, mentioned that Mamta was at this time produced earlier than a court docket at Bilaspur city, which despatched her to judicial custody.

According to data, Dr Vijay Dahiya, Civil Surgeon, Yamunanagar, bought data on March 16 that unlawful abortion was being performed at Bhagwati Nursing Home in Pratap Nagar city. He constituted a crew, which despatched a decoy affected person to the nursing home for getting abortion achieved and he or she deposited Rs 3,000 as advance.
