CHARLOTTE — More serious complaints have been filed against the Charlotte Square assisted living facility in south Charlotte.

Kristin White found out that she wasn’t the only one worried about the care that her 71-year-old mother and other residents were getting at the facility on Carmel Road.
“I’ve had several families from the facility reach out to me,” she said.
